Vivien Moore.
Viv has three adult children and is now fully retired. Viv worked part-time in a learning support role for a while after leaving full-time teaching. Viv enjoyed P.E. at school and played netball and rounders in the school teams. After continuing to play netball long after leaving school, Viv started playing football at 64 and currently participates in playing recreational football and walking football sessions. Viv also has a coaching certificate for the FA Introduction to Coaching Football and not only plays several times a week but also assists, periodically, coaching the walking football sessions. Viv recognises the benefits this brings her in terms of health, wellbeing and connection. Moreover, Viv would love to see other more-mature women taking part in sport and enjoying these benefits as well.
